Terms of Service

Article 1 – Definitions

The following definitions apply in these terms:

Withdrawal period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;

Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession, and who enters into a distance contract with the trader;

Continuing performance contract: a distance contract relating to a series of products or services, where the obligation to deliver and/or pay is spread over time;

Right of withdrawal: the consumer's option to cancel the distance contract within the withdrawal period;

Trader: the natural or legal person offering products or services to consumers at a distance;

Distance contract: a contract concluded between the trader and the consumer under an organized system for distance selling of products or services, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication up to and including the moment the contract is concluded.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every distance contract entered into. Before the contract is concluded, the text of these terms is made available to the consumer electronically or by other means.

Article 4 – The Offer

The prices listed on the website represent the total amount payable to the seller, including shipping and delivery costs.

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is formed at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and satisfies the corresponding conditions. The trader confirms receipt of the acceptance immediately by email.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 60 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal is borne by the consumer.

Article 8 – Conformity and Warranty

The trader warrants that the products conform to the contract and to applicable statutory requirements.

Complaints regarding defects must be reported in writing within 14 days.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.

Article 9 – Delivery

Orders are delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of delays, the trader will inform the consumer within 14 days of the order date.

Orders are shipped on terms under which the customer is the recipient and the party responsible for all import-related processes.

The trader ensures that products are shipped in accordance with international shipping regulations but is not responsible for delays or issues arising during customs clearance.

The customer's failure to fulfill import obligations does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund of the order.

Article 10 – Complaints Handling

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 60 days of the issue being discovered.

The trader will respond to complaints within 14 days. If more time is required to find a solution, the trader will provide an indication of the expected timeframe.

Article 11 – Disputes

These general terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably wherever possible. If necessary, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
